Meanwhile, the extroverted space, with its welcoming entrance and service area, maintains simplicity while engaging with the surrounding landscape. To enhance indoor-outdoor flow, EG Architects designed an open space at the infinity pool. Pocket Aluminum Sliding Doors connect the reception area to the pool and seating, which sits at eye level with the water around a fire feature. Day or night, this space offers a serene and elegant ambiance

The bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. A small spa, accessible from inside and outside, offers a peaceful retreat. The main master bedroom features a skylight for natural light and stargazing, plus direct access to a Jacuzzi by the pool. Other master bedrooms connect seamlessly to the pool and landscape.

The villa features materials like field stone, stucco paint, and wooden pergolas with reed roofs, creating a modern farmhouse look. These elements enhance its minimalist charm while balancing light and shadow through carefully designed openings and walls. Lighting highlights seating areas, pools, water features, and pathways, enhancing the villa’s beauty and connection with nature.
